mismatched furniture grubby shower
breakfast service was well accommodating.
The room i had resembled an english seaside b&b. mismatched furniture filled the space. The shower was grubby with ill-fitting fixtures. the carpet made me want to keep my shoes on. It needs a major revamp.

long check-in process missing apology
paul prepared my room for the turn down service. he organized and folded the clothes and left a treat for me when i returned.
The hotel failed to reserve two rooms. it took over an hour to check in, and there was no apology. repeated requests to speak with the reservations manager went unanswered.
